50 Under 50 Franchises

Many believe that prospective franchisees can achieve far greater financial rewards with a well-chosen, growing franchise as opposed to one that may have already reached its potential. Bond's 50 Under 50 Franchises is designed to promote 50 companies with less than 50 operating units and which, we believe, provide great potential for new franchisees to grow along with the franchisor.

New and upcoming franchises hold several advantages over older, more established franchises. For example, they don't have to deal with the obstacle of saturation and access to prime territories and locations. They may be able to get an option for additional territories/markets at the time of signing the franchise agreement. Additionally, they often get more favorable terms (i.e., lower franchise fees) than established franchises. Finally, smaller companies have more opportunity for fast growth and have concept flexibility, whereas larger companies may find it difficult to adapt their concepts to a rapidly changing consumer market.
